30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Ground & Flow, we stand behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund:

To start a return, please email us at customerservice@ground-and-flow.com with your order number, and we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Please retain your tracking number until the refund process is complete.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customerservice@ground-and-flow.com with your order number and a description (including photos if possible).
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund for faulty items.
Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@ground-and-flow.com
Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, and once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may still return the item once received.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
For change of mind or exchanges, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

Never Received Your Order?
If your tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at customerservice@ground-and-flow.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.
Processing Time for Returns
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 1 business day.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
